Three posts in one!!

I finished up everything I can give up up to our last 4 days
in New York: our final two stops, in Lisbon and Stonehenge, and a

Gibraltar

At supper that night, I was able to order anything for dessert - as I told the people around our table, I'd earned it  (insert smug 'tude here):

Well, I got my workout in this morning before the tenders started running us to shore, I got in 9 laps around the deck just before supper, and in between, we climbed the Rock of Gibraltar!

At a mere 416m, it's no  Sulphur Mountain, but it was high enough for one day.  The story here, including the harrowing close encounter with monkeys:

Pompeii
